Born in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, PA, I spent my formative years soaking in the mountain air and outdoor adventures of Denver, CO. My childhood companion was Milo, a loyal Black Collie Mix who taught me the meaning of companionship and responsibility.

One of my fondest memories revolves around The Annex Crafthouse in Cypress, our beloved local haunt boasting delectable cuisine and an impressive array of bourbon/whiskey flights. As an avid sports enthusiast, nothing gets my heart racing like cheering on the Denver Broncos – "Let's Ride!"

My journey into adulthood began with a trusty 1977 Ford Granada, a classic with a white exterior and blue leather interior, comfortably seating eight. Settling down, I married my incredible partner Katie in 2000, and together we rescued Oliver, a Blonde Maltese who stole our hearts during the COVID lockdown.

Distinguishing myself in the real estate realm, I draw from over a decade of investment expertise to guide clients towards homes that foster financial prosperity. My approach centers on empowering homeowners to become savvy investors, leveraging proven "house hacking" strategies in today's dynamic market.

When not immersed in real estate ventures, I find fulfillment in sharing financial wisdom through engaging activities like playing Robert Kiyosaki's "Cash Flow - Get Out of The Rat Race" board game. This passion extends to fostering financial literacy in my community through educational initiatives and hosting game nights in Houston.

In my downtime, I'm an avid reader, recently delving into Tony Robbins' "Life Force." However, my greatest source of pride lies in my daughters, both serving in the Army National Guard while pursuing their studies at UTSA as members of the ROTC Ranger Team. Their dedication to service embodies the values I hold dear.
